Uniquely Welsh

The Welsh Fibre Company is based on the edge of the Brecon Beacons National Park in Wales, right in the heart of one of Wales's largest sheep farming communities.  

The fibre used in our products is sourced from local farms in Wales wherever possible, using native sheep breeds.  We value the work of our farmers (and sheep), and ensure they are paid a fair price for their fibre.

All the fibre is sorted and processed to exacting yarn specifications and is fully traceable to the farms using our unique batch numbering system.

We work with local weavers and crafters to design and make products and garments with quality, softness and durability in mind.  These should be enjoyed for many years to come.
