This fabulous handwoven shawl was woven by our appointed master weaver using a 16-shaft loom, here at our studion in Wales.
 
The shawl is a Farm to Finish wool garment which means we gathered the fibre from local farms, skirted and cleaned and then spun the yarn to exacting weaving specifications.  The shawl is provided with a tracing card which shows the breed and precise batches of fibre used.
 
This shawl is woven from 100% Welsh native wool breeds (Lleyn and Black Welsh Mountain).  It has a warm, durable, but lightweight feel to the finished garment.
 
The shawl includes a locally handmade copper shawl pin.
